Our mission statement means everything to us, all complaints on products cancellations/returns are refunded or replaced under only of its kind first by us “NQA” no questions asked policy.
Should you wish to return a product, we will gladly accept the return of packages within seven (07) days from the receipt of the product. Unhappy users can get replacements of same or purchase credits even up to 15% consumed products within 30 days of buying by simply returning back product with valid proof of purchase; reconnect at customer care support.
Damaged in Transit
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. All products should be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Cancellation & Refund
Customer can cancel order before the product has been shipped, which is mostly within one (1) working day. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 7 business days to system cancel the order and initiate a refund.
You may opt for credits for next purchases or for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction. This may take up to 10-15 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. We will notify you of same, but do get in touch with the banks directly for credits post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
